Marketing Account Manager

Woking (Hybrid)

£40,000–£50,000

A B2B agency with real momentum. A role with real ownership.

This isn’t a “manage the relationship and send the report” account management role. You’ll be building and executing marketing strategies, owning senior client conversations, and delivering across the full B2B digital mix: SEO, paid, social, automation & content, with the commercial awareness to know what good looks like and the drive to make it happen.

Their clients are high-growth tech, consulting and professional services companies. They rely on our client to shape the marketing that gets them there. That means you need to be both a capable marketer and a trusted client lead, not one or the other.

If you’re in an agency AM role and ready to do more than coordinate, this is that next move.

You’re the right Marketing Account Manager if you have

  • 2–3 years in an agency account management role – you understand how agencies run and what clients actually need.
  • Solid grounding in the B2B digital marketing mix: SEO, paid, social, automation, content.
  • The confidence to lead client conversations and contribute to strategy, not just report on it.
  • Commercial awareness: comfortable with budgets, KPIs, and growth targets
  • A genuine curiosity to keep learning and improving.

Bonus points (genuinely optional) for hands-on experience with HubSpot, Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms, broader MarTech and CRM exposure, or a background in the B2B tech sector.

  • £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience
