Nigel Frank International are looking to speak with Power Platform Developers to take the lead in designing and delivering cutting-edge Power Platform solutions within a forward-thinking digital environment.

This is a key role where you’ll drive innovation, shape technical direction, and play a pivotal part in transforming business processes through modern technology.

Responsibilities –

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring best practice and high-quality standards
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, integrating with wider systems and optimising performance
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, supporting developers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring governance, security, and compliance standards are embedded throughout delivery

Skills/Experience –

• Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions within complex enterprise environments
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure and other enterprise systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor developers
