Business Operations & Finance Coordinator

Location: Ipswich – Rural location (Office-Based)

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm (35 hours per week)

Polkadotfrog are partnering with a family‑run, established business in search for a Business Operations & Finance Coordinator. This role provides exposure across finance, operations, transport and business reporting while supporting business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Customer Service & Administration: handling customer & supplier queries, processing customer orders
  • Operations & Transport Coordination: act as a communication link between the office, drivers and production team
  • Reporting & Business Support: preparing monthly management reports and tracking key business KPIs
  • Finance & Bookkeeping: maintain accurate financial records, process purchase and sales invoices, monthly VAT returns

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within a business operational support role
  • Bookkeeping, accounts or finance administration experience highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
