Director of Project Controls – Major Capital Programs

PACE Global is seeking a Project Controls Director to take full ownership of the project controls function across significant programmes affecting the UK’s infrastructure. The role involves leading a high-performing team of planners, cost managers, risk engineers, and BI analysts, with potential travel requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Director or Head-of-Function level track record on major capital programmes (over £500m) across defence, rail, infrastructure, water, and aviation sectors, alongside expertise in EVM, change management, and baseline governance.
