Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with personal care, medication, and meal preparation
  • Providing companionship and promoting independence
  • Encouraging social engagement and emotional well-being
  • Respecting individual preferences and dignity in every aspect of care
  • Accurately recording visits and collaborating with colleagues

What Youll Need:

  • A full UK drivers license and access to your own vehicle. This is a community position, and therefore, you will need to hold a full UK Licence and have access to your own car.
  • A genuine passion for helping others
  • Strong communication skills and a caring nature
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Understanding of care standards, policies, and safeguarding (training provided)
  • We dont offer Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS)

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Shifts Available: Day shifts, night shifts, weekends, flexitime

COVID-19 Measures: Full PPE is provided and required for all staff.
