Key Account Manager – On Trade

• Do you have strong experience across On-Trade across the South & South West?
• Have you worked with spirits or drinks brands, driving visibility and activation in-market?
• Are you confident managing key accounts and building influence across both IFT and group operators?

MacGregor Black is partnering with a global spirits distributor with a market-leading portfolio on the search for a Key Account Manager to join their On-Trade team in Bristol or Bath, covering the South. This is a permanent role, focused on driving distribution, visibility, and brand engagement across Premium & Influencer IFT venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans across key On-Trade customers, driving distribution and rate of sale
• Build and manage relationships with influential venues across On-Trade, IFT, and managed groups
• Deliver impactful brand activations, including signature serves, menu placements, and in-venue experiences
• Identify new business opportunities and unlock growth within existing accounts
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across your territory
• Maintain strong visibility in the trade, attending events, tastings, and customer activations
• Track performance, customer activity, and opportunities through CRM and reporting tools

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working within the South West / Southern UK On-Trade, particularly across Premium and Independent Free Trade
• Background in spirits or premium drinks, with a strong understanding of brand building in the On-Trade
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and influence decision-makers within hospitality
• Strong network across the regions venues, bartenders, and operators
• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance brand-building with delivering results
• Highly personable, credible, and comfortable operating in customer-facing environments
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage a dynamic territory
• Applicants must hold a Full, Clean UK Driving License

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary up to £45k
• Annual Bonus (based on KPIs & Targets)
