Location: Central London (fully office based)

Salary: £40k – £50k DOE

We’re partnering with a high-growth tech startup entering an exciting scale-up phase, now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its two Co-Founders.

This is not your typical EA role. You’ll be embedded at the heart of the business, acting as a true right hand to the Founders – helping to drive priorities, streamline operations, and keep pace with a fast-moving, high-energy environment.

About the Role

• Managing complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones
• Preparing detailed meeting briefs, research, and materials for investor and client meetings
• Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements
• Full inbox management, including drafting responses and prioritisation
• Supporting the planning and execution of team events and offsites
• Acting as a key point of contact for investors, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Taking ownership of ad hoc projects, communications, and operational initiatives

About You

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar EA or business support role, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong academic background
• Tech-savvy, with a genuine interest in leveraging AI and tools to improve efficiency
• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable with a “no task too small” mindset
• Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders
