Leveraged Finance Execution Lead, Private Credit (Hybrid)

Carr Lyons Search & Selection Ltd is seeking an AD level candidate for a Private Credit Fund in London. This role focuses on structuring and managing private debt investments within Mid-Market Leveraged Finance, while also overseeing a team of Analysts and Associates.

The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of Leveraged Finance deal execution experience and be looking to move into the private credit space. This position offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
