We are hiring for Resource Planning Manager – Portfolio Management (P3M)

Location: Aldermaston – Hybrid / 2 days Per week in Office

• Proven experience in resource management, workforce planning, or recruitment management.
• Experience working within a Project, Programme or Portfolio Management (P3M) environment.
• Strong understanding of resource allocation, capability planning, and talent management processes.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to analyse workforce data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Experience supporting professional development, learning, or career pathway initiatives.
• Strong organizational, communication, and influencing skills.
