Site Manager

The CSR Group have an immediate requirement for a project in Derry city. Our client are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a commercial multi storey build, ideally the candidate will have a good engineering background and will be capable and willing to set out.

Packages around £50 – 60k DOE plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from an engineering background
• Experience in large commercial projects would be advantageous
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £5M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer’s expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Project Manager level.
