Macdonald & Company are pleased to have been retained to aid in Litton’s recruitment of a Commercial Property Manager to join the team and support the Asset Management Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor who enjoys variety, responsibility, and the chance to influence both asset performance and occupier satisfaction.
The Role
You will play a key role in managing and enhancing the performance of the commercial property portfolio, including:
Asset management initiatives, lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews
Negotiating Heads of Terms with tenants, agents and solicitors
Day-to-day occupier relationship management
Property inspections, compliance and maintenance coordination
Service charge administration and tenant recharges
Contractor management and refurbishment projects
Grounds maintenance oversight and line management of grounds staff
Supporting income growth, asset value enhancement and minimisation of voids
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
MRICS qualification, (of close to)
Experience in commercial property and/or asset management
Strong landlord and tenant knowledge
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Commercial awareness and a practical problem-solving approach
The ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
What We Offer
Salary circa £35 – £40,000
