Senior Property Management Surveyor – Head of Department

£60,000 – £75,000 + performance bonus | Chester based firm | Hybrid Flexible working

Lead the Property & Asset Management team at an established Chester commercial practice, taking ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio and the people who manage it.

In your first year you’ll shape the department’s service standards, build client relationships across a varied asset base, and develop the team’s systems and performance.

You’ll bring:

• MRICS, with solid commercial property and asset management experience
• A track record of leading or developing a team
• Strong organisation, client-handling and Excel/Office 365 skills
• Full UK driving licence (regular site visits)
