Overview

e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UK’s largest residential surveyor, trading since 1989 and employing over 600 surveyors to deliver more than one property inspection every 12 seconds. About the role

We are looking for RICS accredited Residential Surveyors to support the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work relied on by leading lenders across the UK. The role offers concise postcode coverage, minimizing travel time and maximizing the time available to complete the day job.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct Mortgage Valuations and Homebuyer Reports for a diverse client base.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports using iPad technology and remote working solutions.
  • Maintain CPD requirements and uphold high-quality surveying standards.

Qualifications

Be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post‑qualification residential surveying experience, including a mix of Mortgage Valuations and Homebuyer Reports.
