We have an amazing opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager who will contribute to the success and development of the Retail Division.
Responsibilities
- Focus on business strategy within our shops, leading, managing and directing colleague‑led initiatives, sales and profit targets.
- Build morale and confidence while maintaining quality financial acumen to encourage ideas, innovation and new approaches from shop teams.
- Work alongside wider regional colleagues to contribute to regional business success.
- Assume responsibility for an area containing 23 shops and donation centres in the Central North region after a 12‑week induction period.
- Travel and overnight stays as required; role comes with a company car.
