Are you an operational leader with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and inspiring multidisciplinary teams?

We’re seeking an exceptional Service Manager to lead our Musculoskeletal (MSK) Service across Cambridgeshire & Peterborough. You’ll work alongside expert clinicians and system partners to deliver safe, effective and innovative community services that improve patient outcomes.

Working with the Clinical Lead and senior leadership team, you’ll provide operational leadership across the service, ensuring quality, performance, financial sustainability and an outstanding patient experience. You’ll lead service transformation, workforce development, governance and continuous improvement while building strong relationships with commissioners and healthcare partners.

We’re looking for someone with significant operational management experience in healthcare, a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, delivering change, managing performance and budgets, and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a degree (or equivalent) in a health or management-related subject.
