We’re recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a leading Anaerobic Digestion facility in East Yorkshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased engineer who enjoys fault finding, equipment overhaul, preventative maintenance and improving plant reliability within a busy industrial environment.
Key Experience Required:
✅ Mechanical maintenance within industrial/process/manufacturing environments
✅ Pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings and hydraulic systems
✅ Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
✅ Reactive breakdown support and fault diagnosis
✅ Equipment overhaul and repair
✅ Strong health & safety awareness
Desirable:
✔ Anaerobic Digestion (AD)
✔ Waste Processing
✔ Recycling
✔ Utilities
✔ Manufacturing
✔ Welding & Fabrication
✔ Basic Electrical Fault Finding
The Role:
Planned and reactive maintenance
Root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Maintaining critical process equipment
Supporting shutdowns and plant upgrades
Working on pumps, conveyors, agitators and feedstock handling systems
