This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure across both accounts and property management, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within the property sector.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Accounts Support
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Processing invoices and preparing payments for approval
- Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
- Raising and drafting sales invoices
- Tracking job costs, materials, and internal financial records
✅ Property Management Support
- Managing maintenance invoices and job tracking
- Creating job numbers and supporting ongoing works
- Assisting with property inspections and inventories
- Handling day-to-day email queries and administrative support
- Supporting planned and reactive maintenance coordination
✅ General Administration
- Maintaining systems and ensuring accurate data entry
- Managing inboxes and assisting with diary coordination
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Providing front-line administrative support and excellent customer service
Package & Benefits
- £28,000 – £32,000 salary
- Hybrid working (1 day from home)
