About Us

Huddle Creative is an established boutique branding and design consultancy based in Shoreditch. We specialise in brand strategy, identity design, and digital solutions for B2B clients, with a focus on service-first sectors such as law, finance, property, health, and technology.

With collaboration at the heart of what we do, we combine strategic thinking, creative expertise, and technical know-how to help our clients stand out in competitive markets.

At Huddle, we try to be a True Friend to our clients, partners and each other. That means being attentive, listening carefully and understanding the real challenge before offering solutions. It means being honest, saying what needs to be said, even when it’s difficult. And it means having fun, enjoying the work, the people and the process while keeping a sense of perspective. When we’re unsure how to respond to a situation, we ask a simple question: what would a true friend do?

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager ready to step up, or a Senior Account Manager looking for a hands-on role, to join our team. This is a hybrid role, combining day-to-day client management with project coordination and acting as a bridge between our clients and the Huddle team, ensuring our brand strategy, identity design and digital projects are delivered to excellent quality, on time, on budget and to brief.

We’re a small team working in a fast-faced, project driven environment. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, collaborative setting, and enjoys being close to the work, the client and the team.

You’ll be confident in managing day to day client communication and project coordination, have the ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities, and know when to escalate bigger commercial, delivery and client relationship decisions to senior leads.
