Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor:
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters with autonomy over your own files
- Drafting Wills
- Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Handling Estate Administration and Probate
- Advising on Trusts and estate planning
- Delivering high-quality legal services with excellent client care
- Working closely with an experienced and collaborative team
Requirements of the Private Client Solicitor:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Wills and Probate work, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience handling a range of Wills & Probate matters
- Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
- A team player who contributes positively to a collaborative culture
- A proactive mindset committed to delivering high-quality legal services
- STEP qualified, or progress towards it, is advantageous
