Unique opportunity for a junior corporate lawyer to join a leading PE firm on a rolling contract basis commencing from September. Central London office, day rate contract, inside IR35.
You will support a busy deal team with coordinating documentation and processes for transactional activity ensuring efficient deal flow, including NDAs and engagement letters. You will also be a point of contact in liaising with external counsel and other stakeholders.
A key part of the role will be taking a lead in developing processes and systems for the team using a newly implemented legal tech solution, training the team and being a point of contact for best practice usage.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a qualified lawyer with training and experience gained in the corporate practice of a highly regarded firm. Technical knowledge of PE deals is key, coupled with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload within a team environment.
