As Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivery across key programme components, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams, managing risk, and driving successful outcomes in a dynamic environment. Lead the delivery of insurance transformation projects, with a focus on core systems implementation.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and governance.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business, IT, vendors, and third parties.
- Provide clear reporting, risk management, and escalation handling.
- Ensure alignment to programme objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering insurance transformation projects.
- Strong exposure to Guidewire or IDIT platforms (IDIT preferred).
- Experience managing complex, multi‑stream projects in an Agile or hybrid environment.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations (Policy, Claims, Billing).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working on large‑scale system implementations or migrations.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Background in consulting or working with system integrators.
