Wilmington Events are looking for an experienced freelance conference producer to support on a series of upcoming insurance and/or compliance events. This is a great opportunity to collaborate on high-quality, insight-led events with a strong industry reputation.

You’ll focus on:

• Market research & topic validation
• Agenda development (commercially driven, insight-led programmes)
• Speaker recruitment (senior industry leaders & practitioners)

Details:

• Approx. 25–30 days in total
• Roughly 2–3 days per week
• Potential for ongoing work for the right person

Ideal background:

• Proven experience producing B2B conferences
• Confident engaging senior speakers
• Able to shape compelling, commercially relevant agendas
