An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified Corporate Tax associate to join a leading international law firm in London.

You’ll advise on the tax aspects of M&A, private equity, finance and capital markets transactions, working closely with market-leading corporate teams on high-value domestic and cross-border deals.

Requirements

• Newly qualified solicitor (England & Wales), or due to qualify shortly.
• Strong Corporate Tax experience gained during your training contract.
• Excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills.
• A commercial approach and an interest in transactional tax.
• Strong academics and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
