£35,000 – £40,000 + Career Progression + Performance Rewards

Are you a commercially‑minded marketer who enjoys creating opportunities rather than simply managing campaigns? We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to help drive the next phase of growth for an established and highly respected SME. Instead, you’ll be someone who thrives on finding creative, low‑cost, high‑impact ways to generate awareness, engagement and leads. You’ll have the freedom to shape the marketing approach, test new ideas and make a measurable commercial impact.

The Role

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through a multi‑channel marketing strategy.
  • Research and map target markets and ideal customer profiles.
  • Build and execute organic lead generation campaigns.
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach and social engagement strategies.
  • Create and distribute content across digital channels.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and nurturing activity.
  • Develop prospect databases and audience segmentation.
  • Work closely with the sales function to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify future opportunities for paid marketing activity as the business grows.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, business development marketing or demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, email marketing and organic outreach strategies.
  • Comfortable researching markets and building prospecting plans.
  • Ability to create engaging content and marketing assets.
  • Commercially aware with a focus on generating measurable results.
  • Self‑motivated, organised and capable of working independently.
  • Enjoy testing ideas, learning quickly and finding innovative solutions.
