Computer Futures is seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer / Technical Lead to join their embedded systems team in Gloucestershire. This hands-on leadership role involves project delivery, mentoring, and driving engineering best practices within a high-reliability environment.

The successful candidate will lead hardware development and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery while working in a hybrid model: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

This position requires a degree in Electronic Engineering and 8+ years’ experience in hardware design.
