Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst and Sales role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves analyzing sales and product performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and pricing strategies that support business growth. Responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards for management, supporting forecasting and inventory planning, and contributing to data-driven decisions on product selection and promotions. The role also includes working closely with the sales team to provide insights that strengthen customer relationships, assisting with client proposals, and communicating findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, actionable way. Collaboration with operations and purchasing teams is expected to ensure accurate data, effective pricing, and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and data analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of MS Excel and data modeling to support forecasting, pricing analysis, and performance evaluation.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and support sales discussions.
- Relevant experience in sales analytics, business analysis, or a similar role within distribution, retail, or the beauty industry is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and data visualization or BI software (such as Excel, Power BI, or similar) is advantageous.
- Ability to work accurately with detailed data, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is important.
