Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We’re currently hiring Maintenance Engineers to join the engineering team at a global distribution warehouse in South Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly automated warehouse environment that powers one of the UK’s leading retail distribution operations.

• Salary: £ 49,000 per annum + OTE +Benefits
• Location: Location – South Elmsall + Rotherham – s63
• Shift Pattern – Panama shift pattern, days and nights

What you’ll be doing

• Reactive and preventative maintenance on automated warehouse equipment
• Fault finding and diagnostics on electrical and mechanical systems
• Maintenance and repair of conveyor systems, motors, sensors, and control panels
• Supporting system uptime in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Working with engineering teams to minimise downtime and improve reliability

✅ What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Automation Engineer
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills (mechanical knowledge beneficial)
• Experience with conveyors, automated systems, or production machinery
• NVQ Level 3, apprenticeship, or equivalent engineering qualification
• Comfortable working in a Panama shift-based environment
