We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Engineering Supervisor, will be responsible for:
- Ensure all assets are fully operational and meet relevant KPIs.
- Act as the main point of contact for all Engineering activities.
- Provide technical support to onsite engineers.
- Schedule and approve all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
- Compile accurate reports and manage change controls.
To be successful for this Engineering Supervisor role you must have:
- Relevant engineering qualifications in either an electrical or mechanical bias (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 / HND / OND or equivalent)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential.
- Exceptional ability to convey written and oral information clearly and effectively.
