Temporary Accommodation Income Officer: Debt Recovery

Birmingham City Council is seeking an Income Officer for Temporary Accommodation to maximize income collection and recover arrears in accordance to policy and legislation.

You will work collaboratively to support residents, manage charge accounts, and utilize housing management software. Ideal candidates have experience in debt recovery and excellent communication skills.
