Overview

Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive – Exeter

Responsibilities

• Drafting tax and succession advice, trusts, wills and LPAs
• Probate and estate administration
• Advise individuals, entrepreneurs, landowners, farmers and the independently wealthy (and their advisors)
• Often advise multiple generations of families
• Provide succession advice for those with businesses, including tax advice where appropriate
• Mentor and supervise more junior lawyers in the team
• Welcomed to continue with any specialist areas of focus

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
• Private client experience
• Ideally some exposure to high-net-worth clients (not essential)
• Ideally some managerial experience
• Candidates from smaller law firms will be considered
