A well-regarded GP Training Practice in the Torquay area is seeking a Salaried GP for 5 sessions. This is a well-managed role with excellent continuity of care, a structured 10 patient per session, 15-minute appointment system, and a supportive, extensive leadership team.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £12,500 per session (depending on experience and additional responsibilities)

Workload & Structure

• Only 20 patients per day
• 15-minute appointments
• 5 sessions per day (3 hours of admin time per day plus an hour-long lunch break)
• Excellent continuity with your own patient list
• Coffee break every morning

Long established GP Training Practice, small well-organised team, supportive “calm and collected” senior GPs, pleasant coastal setting, mixed demographic offering plenty of variety, on-site parking, uses EMIS.
