Salary: £65,000 per annum

The role

In your new role as a Senior HR Advisor, you will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and supporting the delivery of a high‑performing and commercially focused HR service across the London office. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to partners, managers and employees, supporting the full Business Professional lifecycle.
  • Providing HR guidance to support employee relations, performance management, absence management and day‑to‑day people matters.
  • Ensuring consistency and application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with ER investigations, documentation and meeting coordination.
  • Supporting recruitment activity across business professionals.
  • Coordinating onboarding and integration processes.
  • Supporting annual appraisal processes, salary reviews and bonus processes.

What do you need?

  • Previous experience working in an HR Advisory role at a law firm.
  • Commercial awareness with strong influential skills.
  • Strong experience with Employee Relations issues.
  • Very strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, Workday ideally.
