Vargo Group is seeking an Interim Finance Director to oversee finance operations across a multi-entity SME in the South West, initially on a day-rate contract. The role focuses on enhancing financial processes and reporting quality, critical in preparing for a potential sale in the next two years.

Successful candidates will be qualified accountants with a proven FD background and strong SME finance experience. Immediate availability is preferred, as well as the ability to work across multiple entities.
