The Role
To lead and evolve the HSQE Supplier Governance and monitoring framework across Cornerstone — ensuring a comprehensive, risk-based approach that drives safe, compliant and high-quality delivery across our estate.
This is a highly visible role with significant cross-functional impact. You’ll set the direction for outsourced governance partners, shape supplier performance strategy and use insight and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement. Blending strategic oversight with operational delivery, you’ll play a key role in strengthening supplier standards, managing risk and enabling consistent, high-quality execution across all projects and activities.

This role will shape how Cornerstone monitors, manages and improves supplier performance — moving beyond compliance to a more insight-led, preventative and continuously improving approach. It’s an opportunity to strengthen governance frameworks, influence supplier behaviours and play a key role in protecting both our people and our business as we deliver against our ambitions.
