Qualifications
- Strong Commercial Management and Contract Management skills to oversee project contracts, negotiate terms, manage variations, and protect commercial interests.
- Proven Team Management experience to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate commercial inputs across functions. Experience in the themed entertainment, experiential design, construction, or creative fabrication sectors is highly desirable.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
