What You Will Do

• Work in a multi-agency context, sharing information and conducting joint assessments.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of vulnerable adults.
• Manage a varied caseload with diverse complexities.
• Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments in line with regulations.
• Implement the Care Act 2014 comprehensively in all duties.
• Minimise and manage risk with service users, carers, and other professionals.
• Keep detailed records and ensure compliance with council policies.
• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain alignment with core council values like public service and equality.
• Investigate safeguarding concerns and manage associated risks using structured procedures.
• Encourage independence and promote self-confidence among Islington residents.
