Candidates can base themselves out of either Bristol or Exeter

Hybrid, 1 day per week on-site

Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 base

Our client is a leading global consultancy specialising in sustainable design, engineering and advisory services across the built environment.

They are seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to support the delivery of residential projects, leading cost and commercial management on medium to large schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cost planning and delivery across residential projects
• Manage key project elements, ensuring delivery on time and budget
• Identify and manage risks with clear recommendations
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Drive best practice and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven cost consultancy experience, ideally in residential
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience delivering projects from inception to completion
• Proficiency in CostX or similar tools
• Degree qualified with relevant professional or chartered status
• CSCS card holder
• Strong stakeholder management experience
