About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, social, and psychological wellbeing. Working closely with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring outstanding standards of care and clinical practice.
You will:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate person-centred careMonitor residents health and wellbeing, responding promptly to changes in conditionSafely administer and manage medication in line with NMC and regulatory guidelinesLead, support, and motivate care teams during shiftsMaintain accurate clinical records and documentationPromote safeguarding, dignity, and high-quality care standardsSupport and develop colleagues through guidance, supervision, and trainingWork collaboratively with families and external healthcare professionals
About You
We are looking for compassionate and professional nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.
You will have:
Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMNA Nursing degree (Bachelors or Masters)At least 1 years nursing experience in a care or clinical settingExperience leading or supporting care teamsExperience administering medication and maintaining accurate recordsStrong communication and organisational skillsA positive, flexible, and team-focused approach
Experience working with older people and individuals living with dementia is desirable.

Working Pattern
This role works an average of 40.25 hours per week on a rota basis:
Week 1: 4 shiftsWeek 2: 3 shifts
Shifts are:
7:45pm 8:15am (12.5 hour shifts including breaks)11.5 hours paid due to 15-minute handover meetings
