Quality Automation Engineer | Leeds | SC Eligible
We’re looking for an experienced Quality Automation Engineer to join a leading consultancy delivering large-scale digital transformation projects across both public and private sectors.
Key responsibilities:
Design and implement modern test automation frameworks and quality engineering strategies.
Develop automated testing solutions using languages such as Java, Python, C# or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to improve software quality and delivery.
Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools including GitHub Copilot and Playwright with MCP.
Contribute to best practices and help shape the wider Quality Engineering community.
What we’re looking for:
Strong background in Quality Engineering and automated testing.
Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Playwright MCP).
Collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Eligible for SC Clearance (5 years continuous UK residency required).
