Key Responsibilities
* Prepare planning application and building regulation drawings.
* Develop residential architectural designs from concept through delivery.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
* Attend site visits and project coordination meetings.
* Ensure compliance with UK Planning and Building Regulations.
* Manage project deadlines and maintain high-quality design standards.
Requirements
* ARB Registered Architect.
* 2–3 years of professional experience in the UK.
* Strong knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Revit experience is advantageous.
