Job Title: Management Consultant – ServiceNow Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to support large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes for enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations design, implement, and optimise ServiceNow solutions to drive operational efficiency, digital workflow automation, and improved service delivery.

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead end-to-end ServiceNow transformation engagements, from discovery through to implementation and optimisatio
• nWork with senior stakeholders to define target operating models and digital transformation roadmap
• sTranslate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CS
• MSupport process redesign and service optimisation aligned to industry best practice
• sCollaborate with technical teams, architects, and developers to ensure successful platform deliver
• yManage project risks, dependencies, and change impacts across complex environment
• sProvide thought leadership on ServiceNow capabilities and emerging platform feature
