Some of the key responsibilities of the Senior Solicitor – Clinical Negligence
- Manage a wide range of high value Clinical Negligence cases from start to conclusion
- Work closely with clients supporting and advising them through every step of their case including funding options
- Select and instruct experts and counsel
- Always maintain accurate and organised files
The successful candidate will have
- 6+ year PQE experience within Clinical Negligence
- Experience running a complex caseload
- Experience of managing cases from start to finish
- Excellent internal and external communication skills both verbal and written.
