Location: West London (2 days per week onsite)

Salary: £60,000–£65,000 + 15% Bonus

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact opportunity to join a rapidly growing beauty business at a pivotal stage in its eCommerce journey.

With eCommerce currently accounting for approximately 25% of total revenue and ambitious plans to increase this to 50%, the business has recently launched Amazon 1P, Amazon 3P and THG partnerships and is investing heavily in accelerating online growth.

You’ll take full ownership of key online accounts, with a particular focus on Amazon 1P, the company’s biggest growth opportunity.

This role combines commercial account management, strategic planning and hands-on execution within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where ownership, accountability and collaboration are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial performance of Amazon 1P and key eCommerce accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to deliver ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and identify opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Lead forecasting, promotional planning, reporting and performance analysis.
  • Drive digital shelf excellence, online activation and retail media initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure successful execution and operational readiness.
  • Analyse sales, profitability and ROI to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer performance to shape future strategy.
  • Contribute to the wider eCommerce growth agenda and play an active role in scaling the channel.

About You

  • Proven experience managing Amazon 1P and/or major eCommerce retail accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to confidently analyse and communicate performance data.
  • Track record of delivering sales growth, profitability improvements and market share gains.
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment where you’ll own projects from strategy through to execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience within beauty, skincare, personal care, health or FMCG is preferred.
  • Proactive, resilient and motivated by building and growing something rather than simply maintaining it.
