IT Project Manager – Balfour Beatty

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and change management strategies.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on best practices and continuous improvement.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders, providing status updates and managing expectations.
• Identify and resolve project impediments, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum frameworks and project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, risk assessment, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding cross‑functional teams.
