About the Principal
Our client is a highly accomplished professional working at the heart of the arts world. With a busy international profile and a full family life, her time is scarce. She is looking for a trusted, proactive PA, preferably French and English speaking, to take full ownership of her personal and professional administration — ensuring everything runs smoothly with minimum input required from her.
The Role
This is a wide-ranging, hands-on PA role covering both professional and personal life. The successful candidate will manage correspondence, logistics and family coordination, acting as a reliable right hand across all areas. The role is primarily remote, though the PA must be available during agreed core hours and prepared to travel when required.
Whilst this is not a 24/7 role, the PA will be expected to remain contactable outside standard hours and to exercise flexibility when the demands of the Principal’s schedule require it. A calm, discreet and solutions-focused approach is essential at all times.
