The culture emphasizes integrity, accountability, and continuous learning.Role Description The Executive Personal Assistant Intern will provide direct support to senior leaders, ensuring their daily activities, schedules, and communications run smoothly. This hybrid role is based in London, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week, depending on business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars and meetings, organizing travel and logistics, preparing documents and presentations, and handling confidential information with discretion. The intern will assist with email and phone correspondence, track action items, and coordinate follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders. Additional tasks may involve clerical support, maintaining records, and contributing to small projects that enhance executive productivity and team coordination.Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with the ability to support senior leaders in a professional environment.
  • Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, including professional email writing and phone etiquette.
  • Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating meetings across time zones.
  • Candidates should possess reliable Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and basic office software proficiency (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid arrangement in London, with a professional demeanor in both in-person and remote settings.
  • Relevant coursework or experience in business, administration, or a related field is beneficial; prior internship or office experience is an advantage but not required.
