Casualty Defense Solicitor – EL/PL/Disease, Glasgow

Weightmans is seeking a Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE to join our dedicated Insurance Team in Glasgow. The role will involve managing a varied caseload primarily focused on pre and litigated disease claims as well as employers’ liability.

Responsibilities include liaising with clients, court, and witnesses, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and providing a comprehensive range of legal advice and representation. Previous PI defender experience is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
