Interim Solicitor (6m FTC £85k – likely to extend to 12m)
My client is a growing healthcare organisation in the search for an Interim Solicitor to support General Counsel.
This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded solicitor who can quickly take ownership of day-to-day legal matters.
Key areas of focus:
✔ Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and supplier agreements
✔ Contract renewals and contract governance projects
✔ Experience of dealing with Local Authorities, ICBs
✔ Payment disputes and commercial litigation
✔ Managing external counsel
What we’re looking for:
• Qualified Solicitor – 5+ years experience
• Previous in-house legal experience within healthcare
• Strong on commercial contracts and disputes background
• Prior exposure to the healthcare landscape, including Local Authority and ICB commissioning arrangements
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused and comfortable working autonomously

• Hybrid – 3 days in Waterloo
