Job role – Administrator

Location – Watford (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage queries, complaints, and product issues
  • Track cases, follow up, and ensure resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports
  • Coordinate with teams to gather required information
  • Support product recalls and incident tracking

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Confident in chasing stakeholders and problem-solving
  • Good Excel and SharePoint skills
  • Able to identify trends and escalate issues
