Morgan McKinley Northern Home Counties are proud to be partnering with a well-established business in Bicester to recruit a Business Support Administrator to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional. Reporting into the Business Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations by providing administrative support, managing customer enquiries, and assisting with claims processing. This is a varied role offering excellent long-term career prospects within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support across the business.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Process and manage claims accurately, ensuring all documentation is completed and recorded.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure claims and customer queries are resolved efficiently.
  • Support with data entry, document management and filing.
  • Assist with reporting and general office administration.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and service level agreements.
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an Administration, Business Support, Customer Service or Office Support role.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience within claims administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
